In May 2012, I began looking to purchase a home in Lumberton, Texas area. I had a limited amount of time in which to complete the purchase, so I was looking at pre-owned or “spec” housing. I had looked at many homes in Beaumont and Lumberton, and was beginning to think that I was not going to find one before I needed to move. My realtor took me to see the home in which I am now living. The moment I walked in, I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. Even my realtor agreed that this was the perfect home for me. The color scheme, the attention to detail, and the quality of workmanship were exactly what I had been looking for. I had asked a friend and her husband to do a walk through with me prior to making an offer on the home. There were a few minor details that needed attention, and I presented the list to my realtor and made my offer. That is when I met James Abshire. He promptly assured me that everything I required would be taken care of and it was. Since my move in date of June 21, 2012, I have been very pleased with the quality and construction of my home. I have been in other new houses in the area and can honestly say that I believe Abshire Building Group is one of the best building contractors in the Golden Triangle. I would not hesitate to employ Abshire Building Group if I were to build a home in the future.
